Best Summer College programs (Stanford in Particular)?

I'm going to be a sophomore in High School next year, and I'm interested in attending a summer college program next year. I've done some research and found that many universities have these types of programs, and I've also heard that some of them are substandard. I want something that is somewhat selective, and not "half baked". My area of interest is Computer Science. Does anyone have any experience/suggestions with regards to Stanford's program in particular?
