Does my wife still love me?

We are now having our third child and the thought of sex seems to make my wife miserable I ask her nicely do extra things to help out for example she said her back was hurting so tonight when she came home from work I surprised her with a romantic couples massage at a spa followed by a nice dinner at fancy resteraunt we got home I tried to cuddle she ignored me. This has been going on for weeks does she still love me or whatever
