I hate how i loooooooooooook!?

i always say this, bt i really do. my bum and legs are ugly, and my belly and arms. i just wanna know the best excersices for each specific area? and how many to do ect. any tips would be greatly appreciated, i cant go for jogs and stuff cos im 14 and dont fancy jogging on my own thank you :D
