Permanent outlet in open room...how?

Call an electrical contractor to install some ceiling drops from those circuits. In most areas, you can use a Metal Clad cable (MC) in the drop ceiling to different locations and they can then be moved in the future to adjust fro moving your equipment. Depending on the amount of work, maybe 1-2 man days to do the work. Possibly just a few hours. The new receptacles will feed the equipment with a cord from the ceiling. A twist lock type connector will avoid accidental disconnects.
