What should i do about my boyfriend?

im 14 so is he hes a week older than me iv been going with him for 7 months he hasn't kissed me he said hes too nervous he said this the first month and im still waiting he doesn't hold hands or give hugs sometimes i don't ever remember he is my boyfriend i really fancy him but i don't know what to do ....any suggestions :)
