Do most women who choose not to marry or have children end up regretting it later?

I know pretty many women who have not had children. Only the ones who could not have children due to infertility seem to regret it. I have two friends who could not have children due to serious health issues. Basically do not have children because it could kill you and the baby - they do not seem to regret it much as they like being alive. The women I know who chose not to have children do not seem to regret it at all.
