How much are netbooks in the philippines?

please recommend a brand/model if you can. i'm not looking for anything fancy. this will be used mainly for skype and magic jack purposes only. it must have a webcam. and my parents aren't computer savvy so a decent speed would be fine. they will only use it for skype. thanks!
