What to do when people are having sex in dorms to loudly?

So one night I was asleep and around 11:30pm the guy next door was having sex with a girl, and there bed was hitting the wall so hard the wall on my side was shaking the shelving unit and woke me up. The other time they had sex the girl was moaning so loudly, ugh so gross. I don't care about them having sex but I do care to the point that my wall is shaking and I want to sleep without waking up from people having sex.
