I am worried about my GPA?

I have a 2.91 GPA at a highly selective college, and a rising senior. I am worried that I will not be able to get into a good graduate school with these grades, although my school is well-respected among graduate schools, and I am in a difficult major (philosophy). I want to get into a clinical psychology program. Is it possible if I raise my GPA above a 3.0?
