If I were constructing a classroom in a 3 bay garage, what would it cost, Please include lighting & flooring.?

I'm looking for a cost estimate to create a classroom in what is now a 3 bay garage. I'm looking for electrical, sheetrock, lighting, storage and shelving, flooring and maybe one electronic screen and one smart board. This is located in Long Island New York.
