Looking for a construction drawing program?

I need recommendations for a drawing program that will allow me to draw exterior facade improvements and interior floor plans. One that has a library of construction materials is preferred...such as roofing, tile, storefronts, paint, signs, sidewalks, shelving, cabinets, lighting, etc.
